Return Procedure and Conditions

We have created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

You can return any item purchased on our store within 20 days from the delivery date. Here’s how:

  • Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached.
  • Email support@clavonleonard.com and Request Return Form in order to get a Return Number.
  • Use the UPS label that will be emailed to you and leave the package at a UPS drop-off location within 20 days of the delivery date: a flat Processing Fee of $5.00 (plus Sales Tax on this fee, where applicable) will be automatically deducted from your refund. If you prefer, you may send the return using a courier of your choice. If you ship the return package on your own, the $5.00 Processing Fee will not be deducted from your refund. For your security we suggest you use a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for the delivery of the return packages.

Your return will be accepted within 3 working days from the delivery date at our US warehouse. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.

You may keep track of the return status through My Return or with the UPS Tracking Number you find on your copy of the pre-printed label.
